I started my career writing code — but very quickly, I realized my real strength wasn’t “just building features.”
It was understanding how a product behaves as a system:
the user journeys
the business rules
the workflows
the functional architecture
the value behind every action
Today, what drives me is designing clarity in complex environments — creating functional systems that teams can build confidently and users can trust.
MY JOURNEY
I’ve always been driven by one instinct:
understanding how systems work from end-to-end — and how to make them better.
I began as a full-stack developer, working on web platforms, ecommerce systems, and early SaaS products.
Over time, my role naturally expanded beyond coding:
defining product scope with precision
modeling business logic and system behavior
shaping intuitive user flows
aligning engineering, product, and design
ensuring execution stays anchored to real value
This evolution shaped my career:
I became a Technical Product Lead — someone who designs functional architectures, brings structure to complex domains, and drives products from idea to scalable reality.

Functional Leadership in a High-Stakes Domain
My experience at TickTickTrader — a U.K. proprietary trading environment — refined my ability to structure and model complex functional systems.
Trading is a domain where clarity, reliability, and precision are non-negotiable.
What I led:
- functional design of internal trading systems
- multi-layer business rule engines (risk, violations, scaling, account states)
- real-time user journeys and account lifecycle flows
- demo → funded transition (KYC, payments, contract signing, eligibility logic)
- redesign of the Trader Portal & Admin Dashboard
- behavioral insights & segmentation for user understanding
- cross-team coordination with engineering, support, and leadership
TickTickTrader taught me how to turn high complexity into clarity, how to model systems that don’t break, and how to align teams around value and predictability.
I became the bridge between business goals, technical feasibility, and user outcomes.

user journeys from onboarding to analytics
subscription flows and entitlements
notification system and real-time events
