ABOUT AMINE SONDALI
I work where product decisions become working systems.
I’m a Technical Product Leader and Product Architect with a software-engineering foundation. I turn ambiguous, rules-intensive ideas into products that users can understand, teams can build and businesses can operate.
Technical Product Leader · Product Architect
01 — THE THREAD
I started with code. I stayed for the decisions behind it.
Early in my career, building full-stack products taught me that difficult product problems rarely live in a single screen. They live in the rules connecting users, states, permissions, data, operations and technology.
My work gradually moved upstream—from implementing requirements to defining how the product should behave, why each rule exists and how the complete system can remain coherent as it grows.
My role today is to create enough clarity that product, design, engineering and operations can move as one system.
02 — THE JOURNEY
Four chapters. One expanding scope of ownership.
Software Engineering & Independent Product Building
I began as a full-stack engineer across web platforms, ecommerce and SaaS products. As my experience grew, my scope expanded beyond implementation into understanding business needs, shaping user journeys, modeling product logic and making technical decisions across the delivery lifecycle.
This period gave me the engineering foundation—and the product perspective—that prepared me for broader product ownership.
Technical Product Lead · TickTickTrader
I joined with a strong technical and product-building foundation. My scope progressively expanded into functional leadership across connected products covering trader experience, real-time risk, account lifecycle and internal operations.
I translated financial and operational requirements into explicit product rules, workflows and system behavior. The work reduced manual risk operations by more than 90% and moved account onboarding from days to minutes.
Explore the case study ↗CueFields & FairTicks
Alongside my professional career, I conceived and built two independent, rules-intensive products from first principles: CueFields for competitive cue sports and FairTicks for simulated trading.
These ventures demonstrate my ability to move from product vision and domain architecture to UX, engineering, operations and go-to-market.
Technical Product Leader · Webloo × duPont REGISTRY
I lead the end-to-end product definition of RSRV, a premium automotive marketplace connecting Private Clients and Dealer Partners.
My work covers the marketplace model, user journeys, functional architecture, business rules, permissions, requirements, prioritization and Product–Design–Engineering alignment. The product remains under active development.
Explore the ongoing case study ↗03 — WHAT I ACTUALLY DO
I connect five layers that are too often treated separately.
Business intent
Clarify the outcome, operating model, incentives and constraints behind the request.
Product model
Define actors, value exchanges, journeys, capabilities and product boundaries.
System behavior
Make rules, states, transitions, permissions, edge cases and failure paths explicit.
Experience
Translate complexity into interfaces that remain clear at the moment of decision.
Delivery
Align scope, architecture, priorities, acceptance and iteration around measurable value.
04 — THE WORK BEHIND THE TITLE
Different domains. The same responsibility for coherence.
TRADING OPERATIONS
TickTickTrader
Several live products had to enforce the same financial rules across the trader experience and internal operations.
- Risk and violation engines
- Account lifecycle automation
- Trader Portal
- Admin and risk workspaces
0→1 SPORTS SAAS
CueFields
A real match had to become trusted performance data, progression, intelligence and product value.
- Match → Frame → Break domain
- Ranking and league logic
- SPR and Head-to-Head
- Subscriptions and engagement
0→1 TRADING PLATFORM
FairTicks
Execution, risk, progression and payout eligibility had to remain transparent while trading was happening.
- Market data and execution
- Configurable risk rules
- Qualification and payouts
- Payments, KYC and operations
PREMIUM MARKETPLACE · ONGOING
RSRV
Two profiles and two transaction paths had to become one understandable marketplace model.
- Private Client and Dealer Partner
- Listings and wanted requests
- Proposals, offers and counters
- Timeboxed negotiations
05 — HOW I LEAD
Clarity first. Then ownership, evidence and momentum.
Make the model explicit
Teams move faster when journeys, rules, states and decisions exist in one shared product model.
Go deep without losing the outcome
I can discuss architecture and edge cases while keeping business value and user behavior in view.
Challenge ambiguity early
Unanswered questions become expensive during implementation. I surface them before they become rework.
Own the complete loop
Definition is not finished at handoff. I stay accountable through delivery, validation, learning and refinement.
06 — AI & RESPONSIBILITY
I use AI extensively. I do not outsource judgment to it.
AI accelerates research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, development and quality preparation across my work. The leverage is real—but so is the responsibility.
I remain accountable for product decisions, functional coherence, architecture review, security, business validation and regression quality. Speed matters only when the result can still be trusted.
WORK WITH ME
Building something with difficult rules or too many moving parts?
I’m open to international product leadership roles and selected engagements where product, business and technology must move together.
